The pathogenesis the disease not entirely clear. prevailing theory suggests that endometrial cells are “seeded” into postoperative or, case umbilical endometriosis, physiologic scar. Other theories consider endometriosis a result pluripotent celomic cell proliferation or hematogenous lymphatic spread cells. Currently known cellular molecular interactions cannot prove any right. This report demonstrates clinical manifestations management strategies endometriosis. A 34-year patient (2g1p) referred to gynecologist with profuse painful menses, pain swelling at site cesarean section scar for 6 months. patient’s first pregnancy ended up silent miscarriage second one 38 weeks due pre-eclampsia.
